Allie is the Director of Science on the Fly. She was introduced to Science on the Fly while working at Telluride Angler and became the first citizen scientists for the Science on the Fly program, leading the charge of sampling the San Miguel River. Allie is excited to connect her passion for fly fishing, science and the community when it comes to protecting watersheds and the environment. She is an experienced angler and outdoorswoman herself. Allie previously worked in water quality monitoring around mine tailing reclamation sites, river restoration projects, as well as teaching and guiding fly fishing. Allie is originally from Marion, Massachusetts and loves any chance she can be by water- whether it be fly fishing high alpine creeks or sailing on Buzzards Bay.

Ann Kitchener is the visionary CEO and co-founder of SemperFli, a leading manufacturer of high-quality fly tying materials based in Yorkshire, UK. With a background in IT and e-commerce, Ann and her husband, Andy, founded SemperFli in 2010, driven by their shared passion for fly fishing and a desire to create innovative, eco-friendly materials for the global fly tying community. Paige Reed is the co-founder and driving force behind Piper's Peak, a nonprofit organization dedicated to introducing women and girls to fly fishing. Born and raised in Idaho, Paige later pursued a career on the East Coast, graduating from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and working in national security in Washington D.C. Following the tragic loss of her younger sister Piper in 2019, Paige helped establish Piper's Peak to honor her sister's adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. Despite being based near D.C., Paige remains deeply connected to her Idaho roots through the organization's work. She balances her professional career with leading Piper's Peak, learning to fly fish herself, and sharing her passion for the sport with others as a way of healing and building community.

Susan has been a fixture at CfR for many years. She began volunteering for CfR in 1999, and subsequently launched the Texas program where she continues to serve as PC and retreat leader. She joined the national staff in 2010 as Regional Program Manager, and became Program Director in 2016. Susan lives in Austin, TX with her husband and their daughter. Susan loves to fish, hike, and is a native plant gardner.
